MG Landscape
Trash and recycling carts collect residue and odors that can carry into the garage and side yard. We wash each cart inside and out, deodorize it, and return it clean and dry to its usual spot. Visits are scheduled just after collection day, when the carts are empty. Regular cleaning through the warmer months keeps odors and pests from building up.
Best on a regular schedule through the warmer months, when odors and pests are at their worst.

Questions Before You Book
How often should the carts be cleaned?
Most households benefit from regular cleaning from late spring through early fall, when heat makes odors stronger. Visits can be spaced further apart in winter, and we'll suggest a schedule that suits your household.
Do the carts need to be empty?
Yes. We schedule visits just after your collection day, so the carts are empty and easy to reach.
Where do you do the washing?
On site, near where the carts are usually kept, in a spot that drains well. We make sure no soapy water is left pooled against the house or in planting beds.
Will the odor be gone for good?
The cleaning resets the carts, but the next week's trash starts the process again. Regular visits are what keep odors to a minimum.
